At Foliages, we aim to make ordering artificial plants, trees, flowers, and bespoke greenery as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Information

Delivery Locations

We supply customers throughout the UAE and internationally. Delivery options and transit times may vary depending on the destination and the size of your order.

Delivery Methods

We offer a range of delivery services, including:

• Courier parcel delivery
• Pallet deliveries
• Dedicated transport for large projects and bespoke installations

Delivery Times

Stock items within the UAE: Within 1 week.

Bespoke items within the UAE: Typically 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and quantity of the order.

International orders: Usually 4 weeks+, depending on the destination and the type of freight service selected.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary.

Stock Availability

We maintain stock of all products in Dubai.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the products ordered, delivery location, and shipment size.

Free delivery on selected online orders delivered within the UAE.

International Orders and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside of the UAE:

• UAE VAT is not charged.
• Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, border charges, local taxes, and transportation costs incurred in the destination country.
• Customers may be required to provide documentation to support export procedures where applicable.

Delivery Delays

Whilst we always endeavour to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by customs procedures, transport disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide updates whenever possible.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, customers should inspect all goods carefully.

Any of the following must be reported within 7 days of delivery:

• Damaged items
• Missing items
• Incorrect items

To help us resolve any issues quickly, photographs of damaged goods are required.

Returns Policy

Online Orders

We accept returns for eligible online orders within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused.
• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Customers outside the UAE are responsible for return shipping costs.
• No restocking fee applies.

As many of our products are supplied pre-potted, original packaging is not always required.

Stock Items

Stock items purchased directly through quotations, trade orders, or bespoke supply agreements are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bespoke Products

All bespoke products, including custom artificial trees, plants, green walls, and made-to-order items, are non-returnable.

Orders cancelled after production has commenced are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will rectify the issue wherever possible. Returns and refunds are not offered on bespoke products.

Refunds

Once returned products have been received and inspected, refunds will normally be processed within 1 week.

Refunds are typically handled as follows:

1. A credit note is issued.

2. The refund is then processed via bank transfer.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were supplied before any refund can be approved.

Product Information

As our products are individually assembled and designed to achieve a natural appearance, slight variations in colour, shape, foliage arrangement, and dimensions may occur and are considered acceptable.

To help customers make informed decisions, we regularly provide:

• Photographs of stock items
• Images of previous bespoke installations
• Showroom visits by appointment

Many products are supplied in weighted nursery pots ready to be placed inside your preferred decorative planter, which may be sold separately.

Following delivery, some products may require light shaping or arranging of foliage to achieve their intended appearance after transportation.
